When disposing of wood, a distinction is made between interior and exterior wood. The wood is classified into A I-III (interior) and A IV (exterior).

What is the difference?

Wood classes A I-III concern interior woods such as panels, laminate, furniture (tables, chairs…), coated chipboard, OSB boards or tongue and groove boards. Wood class A IV concerns outdoor woods such as fences, garden sheds, windows and doors.
